QA/QC Introduction

We possess advanced computerized-digital-control plastic-molding equipment and painting room and assembly production lines. The quality control department strictly supervises each process throughout production in compliance with ISO9001 standards, from incoming raw materials to finished goods. High quality goods with low prices have always been our goal and are the reason why our global customers continue to cooperate with us. In order to ensure the quality of our products, we established a specialized quality control center in charge of following tasks:

1) Specialized staff training to ensure skilled and well-trained employees
2) Strict supervision of each process throughout production in compliance with ISO9001 standards
3) Inspection of each finished product before shipment to warehouses
4) Purchase and importation of modern production lines and incoming raw materials
5) After-sales service including feedback collection
